Business Health Checking
All companies need to continually improve their competitive advantage. To do this every company needs to assess its strengths and areas for improvement. The Business Health Check has been designed to help in this process.

The Business Health Check provides an integrated solutions approach to your business needs, helping to determine what support is needed when. The output from the Business Health Check will be YOUR integrated improvement plan over an agreed time period. During this time the relevant help from CAP can be accessed.
How it Works
Step 1 Your CAP Client Executive will select the appropriate expert to complete the analysis.
Step 2 The Business Health Check will consist of 2 strands:
- A qualitative assessment using the EFQM Excellence Model
- A quantitative benchmark using the DTI Benchmark Index and Wave Innovation Snapshot
Step 3 A report will be generated assessing company performance and identifying the prioritised areas for improvement.
Step 4 Together with your Client Executive an agreed improvement plan is developed.
